What Is An H-2A Work Visa?

An H-2A visa is a non-immigrant work visa. It’s given to agricultural workers and permits them to work for temporary seasons.

How To Apply For An H-2A Visa?

There are 3 steps to the application process, and you’ll need a job offer from a U.S. employer. Not to worry, we’ll guide you through the whole process.

1. Notify the U.S. DOL that there are no U.S. workers available for the position.
2. Filing an I-129 petition for non-immigrant workers with the USCIS.
3. If the I-129 form is approved, you can apply for an H-2A. Once approved, you can start working for the time permitted.
